Principal Engineer, Test

Baxter provides renal and hospital products, including dialysis, infusion systems and medical software, to support healthcare delivery. The Principal Engineer will lead software verification and testing, guide the team, and ensure product requirements are traced, tested and ready for sign-off.

• Design verification environments and identify test scenarios with design engineers
• Lead development of tests, test benches, stimulus and coverage metrics
• Coordinate debugging of failing test cases with the design team
• Deliver verified design blocks that meet functionality, performance and coverage requirements
• Guide the team in verification approaches and test case execution
• Compile verification test summary reports and maintain requirements traceability
