Senior Engineer, System Verification

Baxter develops medical devices, including infusion pumps, to support healthcare delivery. The engineer will plan and execute system verification tests, document results, and support test equipment, lab operations, and regulatory compliance.

• Prepare system-level test cases, procedures, traceability matrices, and reports
• Perform functional, performance, and design verification testing
• Execute installation, operational, and performance qualification protocols
• Maintain lab equipment and support test fixture setup
• Investigate defects and coordinate testing issues with design engineers
• Support external test houses and ensure quality and regulatory compliance
