Baxter develops healthcare products and solutions focused on saving and sustaining lives. This systems engineering role will translate product needs into requirements and support development, risk management, integration, and verification of regulated products.

• Translate customer and regulatory needs into system requirements and product specifications
• Lead requirements decomposition, traceability, and change management
• Support product risk management and regulatory compliance activities
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical challenges and product integration
• Define verification strategies and test plans with V&V teams
• Develop technical documentation on system architecture and design decisions
