About the role

Baxter develops healthcare products and services focused on delivering and sustaining lives. This engineer will architect test automation frameworks, embed quality gates in delivery pipelines, and guide automation practices across teams.

What you'll do

Own automation architecture and roadmaps for API, UI, integration, and workflow testing
Design reusable C# test frameworks and shared automation libraries
Establish CI/CD pipeline strategies and automated quality gates
Guide teams on testability, coverage, risk-based testing, and flaky test reduction
Lead technical reviews, framework migrations, and complex failure resolution
Mentor automation engineers and define quality metrics and dashboards
