About the role
Eurofins provides analytical testing and laboratory services across industries including food, environmental, pharmaceutical and clinical testing. The Problem Analyst investigates recurring IT issues, drives root cause analysis and coordinates permanent fixes across application and infrastructure teams.
What you'll do
- Own the problem management lifecycle from identification through closure
- Investigate recurring and critical incidents using structured root cause methods
- Produce actionable RCA reports and drive permanent remediation
- Monitor incident trends and identify systemic risks
- Facilitate post-incident reviews and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to incident runbooks
