About the role
Dentsu Global Services operates a Global Finance Shared Services center supporting finance functions, including US-based operations. This manager will lead process improvement initiatives, standardize workflows, and track efficiency and cost gains.
What you'll do
- Lead process optimization across finance and controllership functions
- Map current processes and design scalable improvements
- Prioritize opportunities and manage implementation roadmaps with stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and report efficiency gains and cost savings
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
- Maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard procedures
