About the role
Superleap provides a product experience with core CRM workflows. You will test releases, investigate issues and use customer feedback and quality metrics to drive product improvements.
What you'll do
- Find, reproduce and prioritise product issues
- Run structured test passes across releases
- Maintain regression coverage for core CRM workflows
- Turn recurring customer pain and support signals into product feedback
- Track and report quality metrics across releases
- Partner with Implementation on enterprise configurations and escalations
