Product Manager, Monetization & Retention

Sarvam is building a sovereign AI platform for India across models, infrastructure, APIs, agents, and consumer products. You will own monetization strategy, billing systems, and retention initiatives across its products.

• Design pricing architecture, tiers, and pricing experiments
• Own metering, billing, invoicing, and subscription renewal logic
• Diagnose churn and deliver user retention and win-back interventions
• Develop separate monetization strategies for first-time and repeat payers
• Build loyalty, affiliate, and partnership models
