Product Manager, People Tech

PhonePe's HR Product & Analytics function builds data-driven systems for employee processes. You will own HR product areas and work with engineering, data, and HR teams to design and improve connected, intelligent workflows.

• Own HR functional areas and build process maturity roadmaps
• Translate HR workflows into architecture specifications and API requirements
• Map user journeys using data models, event logs, and pipeline logic
• Prototype and implement AI workflows across the employee lifecycle
• Define product requirements and drive cross-functional execution
• Measure adoption and operational outcomes, then iterate
