About the role

CloudSEK develops cybersecurity products that detect and help resolve digital threats. This analyst will support customers, manage brand-protection takedowns, and triage security alerts.

What you'll do

Troubleshoot customer issues and track support tickets
Identify phishing sites, fake domains, and impersonation profiles
Submit and follow up on takedown requests
Monitor alerts and triage potential security incidents
Document response steps and escalate unresolved issues
