Product Sustenance Engineer

Eurofins provides analytical testing and laboratory services across industries including food, environmental, pharmaceutical and life sciences. You will support LIMS applications, resolve user issues, automate workflows and manage support tickets.

• Provide first- and second-line support for LIMS applications
• Write and debug VBScript to automate workflows and customize the platform
• Route tickets to the correct support queue
• Track, follow up and escalate unresolved tickets
• Document issues, solutions and support procedures
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems
