• Resolve complex application incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Analyze SQL Server data to identify root causes and ensure data consistency
• Administer applications hosted on Azure and hybrid environments
• Troubleshoot REST API and service-oriented architecture integrations
• Document fixes and support testing of patches and releases
