About the role
Eurofins provides analytical testing and laboratory services across life sciences and other industries. This engineer will maintain and support business applications, investigate incidents, and coordinate resolutions with technical and business teams.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 support for applications and service requests
- Diagnose, investigate, and resolve application incidents
- Create tickets and track them through their lifecycle
- Coordinate with business users, application owners, and Level 3 support
- Support change and problem management processes
- Troubleshoot databases, IIS, and cloud-hosted applications
