About the role
Techsol Engineers delivers engineering and EPC projects across India. The Project Head will lead project delivery, commercial performance, teams, client relationships, and quality and safety across multiple projects.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, execution, commissioning, and handover of multiple projects
- Develop execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Manage project budgets, profitability, billing, and contractual commitments
- Lead project managers, engineers, coordinators, and subcontractors
- Oversee quality, safety, risk mitigation, and vendor performance
- Prepare project dashboards and report performance to senior management
