Senior Executive – QA & QC

The role manages ISO 9001 and quality management system activities across the organization. This person coordinates audits, maintains SOPs and quality records, and drives compliance and process improvement.

• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and follow up on findings
• Develop, review, update, and maintain SOPs and work instructions
• Control document revisions, approvals, and the SOP master list
• Review compliance and close audit observations, NCRs, and CAPAs
• Maintain ISO records, audit evidence, trackers, and management reports
• Drive SOP compliance and process standardization across departments
