About the role
Cleo provides AI-enabled software for supply chain orchestration and business integration. This Project Manager will lead customer implementation projects, coordinating delivery plans, teams, risks, budgets, and successful go-lives.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute customer implementation projects
- Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Conduct project kickoffs and status meetings
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Coordinate technical consultants, developers, and customer teams
- Track progress and ensure customer satisfaction and successful go-live
