About the role
Cleo provides a platform for orchestrating supply chain integrations across EDI, APIs, managed file transfer, and business systems. This engineer will configure and implement customer integrations, troubleshoot data flows, and support testing and customer workshops.
What you'll do
- Configure EDI, API, and communication protocol integrations
- Build and troubleshoot business processes, ERP integrations, and data mappings
- Implement REST and SOAP APIs with OAuth and security controls
- Support customer workshops, UAT, and issue resolution
- Apply performance, security, and implementation best practices
