About the role
Thermo Fisher Scientific develops solutions that support health, environmental safety, food safety and scientific research. The Proposal Specialist creates and reviews client-facing proposals and RFI responses, coordinating with experts and maintaining reusable proposal resources.
What you'll do
- Create client-ready text, data and graphics for proposals and RFI responses
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather feedback and refine content
- Review deliverables for client requirements, quality standards and best practices
- Maintain reusable proposal library content and data repositories
