• Consolidate, clean, transform and validate workforce and cost data
• Build repeatable data pipelines and templates
• Calculate workforce and cost metrics and benchmark trends
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Support workforce planning and transformation programmes with analysis
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and briefing materials
