About the role
SISA Information Security provides cybersecurity services, and this role supports its SOC's QRadar SIEM infrastructure. The engineer will maintain platform health, support log source integrations, troubleshoot issues and assist with SIEM configuration and validation.
What you'll do
- Monitor QRadar components and check performance, storage and EPS metrics
- Perform account administration and verify scheduled backups
- Triage platform alerts and escalate issues as needed
- Support log source onboarding, connectivity testing and DSM validation
- Assist with patch testing, correlation rule testing and dashboard tuning
- Document configuration changes, procedures and recurring issue resolutions
