About the role
NXP develops secure connectivity and embedded processing solutions, including technology for connected and autonomous vehicles. This person will oversee requirements management processes, tools and traceability while supporting engineering projects and teams.
What you'll do
- Set up and maintain project requirements structures and traceability
- Ensure project teams follow requirements engineering processes and resolve noncompliance
- Report requirements management KPIs and process issues
- Train project teams on requirements tools and methodologies
- Administer DOORS NG and support reports and version management
- Improve requirements processes, templates and quality metrics
