RTL Power Engineer - Bangalore

Velaura is building compute technology for cloud, edge and Physical AI systems. You will design SoC power management hardware, low-power controls, clock and reset architecture, and telemetry for silicon.

• Design SoC power management hardware, meters, activity monitors and throttlers
• Develop temperature-sensor control loops to keep the die within thermal limits
• Implement controls for activity, average power and instantaneous current limits
• Define clock, reset and power-state management across power domains
• Correlate power estimates across RTL, emulation and silicon
• Build telemetry and interfaces for firmware and software power management
