About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific develops and supplies technologies and services for scientific research, diagnostics and biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This scientist will perform molecular biology work supporting recombinant antibody development, testing and high-throughput workflows.

What you'll do

Perform PCR, primer and vector design, nucleic acid extraction and high-throughput cloning
Prepare and handle sequencing libraries and analyze antibody sequencing data
Plan and execute experiments for antibody development and testing
Record experimental results in data sheets and laboratory notebooks
Review literature and present experimental data to the team
