Senior AI Engineer

Finastra provides financial services software for lending, payments and universal banking. The Senior AI Engineer will build, deploy and monitor production AI agents and LLM workflows integrated into applications.

• Develop AI architecture patterns such as RAG, text-to-SQL and multi-agent systems
• Build production AI agents and integrate them into applications
• Optimize LLM performance using prompt and context engineering
• Deploy and manage LLM solutions on cloud platforms
• Implement observability and monitoring for AI systems
• Evaluate and benchmark models and automate deployment through CI/CD
