About the role
AECOM is a global infrastructure consultancy delivering engineering and project services, including mining and resources work. You will lead and scale a multidisciplinary delivery team, coordinate project resourcing across locations, and oversee performance, quality, and development.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the multidisciplinary resources and industry delivery team
- Translate project pipeline into workforce plans and recruitment priorities
- Coordinate team input to pursuits, mobilisation, estimates, and delivery strategies
- Monitor utilisation, workload, demand forecasts, delivery performance, and costs
- Establish hand-offs, communication routines, and escalation paths across locations
- Coach team members and drive standardisation and continuous improvement
