About the role

What you'll do

Plan SOX work and testing procedures for assigned controls
Conduct walkthroughs and risk assessments of financial reporting processes
Test controls and review management testing evidence
Document exceptions, deficiencies, root causes, and risk exposure
Coordinate SOX milestones with process owners and external auditors
Guide Staff Auditors and review their workpapers
