About the role
LSEG provides financial markets infrastructure and data, including content services for internal and external customers. This role manages internal content tools and product capabilities, improving workflows, automation, stability and adoption.
What you'll do
- Review technology and identify efficient mechanisms to support content operations
- Assess team handoffs and identify opportunities for process automation
- Work with UI teams to reduce process gaps
- Deploy and evolve capabilities across Content Production
- Define parameters and KPIs to report tool effectiveness, stability and resilience
- Gather stakeholder feedback and prioritize product improvements
