About the role
Visa Consulting and Analytics delivers consulting, data analytics, technology, payments, and economics expertise to clients, while VCA-X scales delivery globally. The Senior Director will build and lead the program management organization, coordinating portfolio planning, capacity, governance, and delivery performance.
What you'll do
- Establish delivery lifecycle, governance, decision rights, and operating practices
- Maintain portfolio visibility into opportunities, commitments, resources, and capacity
- Translate approved work into portfolio, mobilization, and delivery plans
- Coordinate capacity planning and staffing across delivery teams
- Monitor portfolio health, risks, constraints, and delivery performance
- Build and lead the program management organization
