About the role
Analog Devices develops semiconductor technologies that connect the physical and digital worlds. This engineer will develop and validate compact device models and apply machine learning and automation to improve parameter extraction.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain compact models for CMOS, BJT, and LDMOS devices
- Create SPICE compact models and validate them against measured device data
- Debug convergence challenges in circuit simulations
- Develop machine-learning methods for parameter extraction and optimization
- Automate extraction tasks and generate reports
