About the role

What you'll do
- Define the enterprise non-functional quality strategy and operating model
- Establish performance, scalability, reliability, and resilience governance
- Set workload modeling, testing, certification, and production validation practices
- Align performance validation with SRE, production telemetry, and observability
- Build and scale the non-functional quality engineering capability
- Present performance risks and business impacts in executive forums
