About the role
Zillow is a U.S. real estate platform, and its Core Technology organization builds employee technology systems, primarily using Workday. You will lead six analysts and developers, deliver the People Organization roadmap, and improve internal systems and team operations.

- Lead and coach a team of Workday analysts and developers
- Deliver People Organization roadmap initiatives on time and within budget
- Identify technical debt and implement continuous improvements
- Guide capacity planning, agile execution, and team operations
- Manage vendor expectations, service levels, and contractual commitments
- Measure roadmap outcomes and communicate progress and risks to executives
