About the role

What you'll do
- Institutionalize OKRs and program-manage their organizational alignment
- Develop the Annual Operating Plan for talent initiatives
- Assess HR capability, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
- Build role-based skills frameworks and progressive career pathways
- Drive talent reviews, identify high-potential employees and build succession plans
- Track engagement metrics and recommend actions to improve retention
