• Design and implement integration architectures for HR, POS, payroll, and enterprise systems
• Build and test integrations using Workato
• Develop secure REST APIs and integration code
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve backend reliability
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Participate in on-call rotations and support customer integration solutions
