About the role
Legion provides an AI-driven workforce management platform for businesses employing hourly workers. The Senior Accountant will manage revenue accounting, billing, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger review.
What you'll do
- Review customer contracts and create sales orders in NetSuite
- Partner with Sales and Legal to flag contract and revenue recognition risks
- Prepare and review customer billing for complex sales orders and milestones
- Prepare and reconcile deferred revenue, unbilled AR, and commission accrual entries
- Review receivables and customer deposit transactions
- Record and review general ledger journal entries and reconciliations
