About the role
Legion provides an AI-driven workforce management platform that helps businesses optimize labor efficiency and employee engagement. This analyst will own forecasts and financial models, analyze performance, and deliver reporting and recommendations to support business decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage assigned components of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Build driver-based financial models for revenue, costs, and strategic initiatives
- Monitor SaaS KPIs and analyze performance variances
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials
- Evaluate profitability, pricing, ROI, and investment decisions
- Support financial close, data integrity, and audit requests
