About the role
Legion provides an AI-driven workforce management platform for optimizing labor efficiency and employee engagement. This engineer will operate and improve its AWS and Kubernetes platform, automation, delivery pipelines, and production reliability.
What you'll do
- Operate Legion’s AWS cloud platform and Kubernetes environments
- Build infrastructure as code and automation using Terraform, Go, or Python
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and observability
- Respond to production incidents and implement systemic reliability improvements
- Develop operational runbooks and remediation workflows
- Mentor team members and serve as an infrastructure subject matter expert
