About the role
Stable Money is a fixed-income investment platform offering fixed deposits and other savings products. The Senior Legal Counsel will advise on product governance, regulation, fundraising and commercial contracts, while supervising junior legal resources.
What you'll do
- Advise on legal support for existing and new products
- Review customer journeys and platform features for legal and regulatory risks
- Interpret SEBI, RBI and other regulatory requirements
- Support fundraising due diligence, negotiations and closing actions
- Establish commercial contract templates and standards
- Supervise junior legal resources and review their work
