About the role
HackerRank provides skills-based hiring and developer upskilling products for companies. You will build and deploy production machine learning systems, evaluation pipelines, and model quality practices across interviewing, integrity, and technical skill assessment.
What you'll do
- Design and ship production ML systems across interview, integrity, and evaluation domains
- Own ML problem framing, data strategy, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- Build evaluation infrastructure and benchmarking pipelines
- Define production architecture for different signal categories
- Mentor junior ML engineers and establish team ML practices
- Develop monitoring, model feedback loops, and quality standards
