About the role
Arctic Wolf provides cybersecurity products and services that help organizations protect against cyber risk. The Application Security Manager will lead AppSec engineers and programs, embed security in development, and improve security outcomes across the organization.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of Application Security engineers
- Set AppSec strategy, roadmaps, objectives, and metrics
- Oversee threat modeling and early risk remediation
- Improve SAST, DAST, SCA, and other security testing capabilities
- Scale security ownership through the Security Champions program
- Partner with engineering and product leaders on risk decisions
