About the role
Diageo makes iconic drinks and its Digital & Technology function delivers technology and data capabilities across the business. This role will lead SAP S/4HANA data extraction and replication into Azure Data Lake while coordinating architecture, migration, governance and delivery.
What you'll do
- Design data extraction strategies from SAP S/4HANA into Azure Data Lake
- Assess legacy SAP extractors and define migration strategies
- Manage data movement and ingestion pipelines into Azure Data Lake
- Define source-to-target mappings and transformation logic
- Establish data validation, reconciliation and monitoring controls
- Coordinate migration, testing, cutover and vendor delivery
