About the role
Zebra Technologies develops smart solutions for organizations, their employees, and customers. You will lead enterprise AI and workflow transformation programs, prototype GenAI solutions, and drive their adoption and measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Establish and run the cross-business-unit AI transformation PMO
- Prioritize AI use cases and track program value, KPIs, and outcomes
- Deliver concurrent AI and workflow initiatives through pilots and scaled adoption
- Lead workflow redesign and operating model changes with business leaders
- Prototype GenAI solutions and partner with AI teams to operationalize them
- Drive adoption, responsible AI governance, and risk review checkpoints
