Senior Network Reliability Engineer, Incident Management

Skylo provides standards-based satellite connectivity for smartphones and IoT devices through a cloud-native network platform. You will command incident response, coordinate restoration across network domains, and maintain incident records and availability metrics.

• Command incident bridges from initial alert through service restoration
• Classify incidents and escalate to relevant operations and engineering experts
• Manage tickets, incident timelines, and open backlog
• Coordinate vendor and MNO partner escalations
• Track network availability, SLA commitments, and recurring incident patterns
• Support hypercare operations during launches and high-risk changes
