Staff Network Reliability Engineer

Skylo provides standards-based satellite connectivity through a cloud-native 5G core platform connecting devices to satellites. You will own production core network health, diagnose escalated incidents, and drive root-cause analysis and operational readiness.

• Own 5G core network health and service-level metrics
• Monitor alarms and investigate core network degradation
• Execute core-domain runbooks for operational faults
• Lead technical diagnosis and resolution of core incidents
• Document root causes and drive systemic engineering actions
• Mentor senior reliability engineers and define operational readiness standards
