Staff Network Reliability Engineer, Cloud Operations

Skylo provides standards-based satellite connectivity through a cloud-native network platform serving consumer, automotive, and industrial IoT devices. You will operate and improve hybrid cloud infrastructure, observability, and incident response for its production network.

• Own health of cloud and on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure
• Monitor and maintain observability pipelines, dashboards, and alert routing
• Operate PostgreSQL and Redis reliability, backups, and failovers
• Lead infrastructure incident diagnosis and resolution
• Define SLOs, track error budgets, and reduce operational toil
• Coordinate infrastructure changes and validate operational readiness
