Senior Physical Verification Engineer

NVIDIA develops GPUs and SoCs for consumer graphics, autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence. You will own full-chip physical verification signoff and develop automation to support clean tapeouts.

• Own physical verification from block assembly through full-chip integration and tapeout
• Drive DRC, LVS and antenna signoff across block, partition and top levels
• Verify die-to-die interfaces for 3D stacking and heterogeneous integration
• Build ML- and LLM-powered automation for root-cause analysis and flow optimization
• Partner with CAD, technology and design teams to improve verification flows
• Coordinate with P&R, timing, IR and library teams to drive design closure
