Senior Product Support Engineer

Eurofins provides analytical testing and laboratory services across life sciences and other industries. You will support LIMS applications, resolve user issues, automate workflows, and manage ticket routing and escalation.

• Provide first- and second-line support for LIMS applications
• Write and debug scripts to automate workflows and customize applications
• Route tickets to the correct support queues
• Track ticket progress and follow up or escalate unresolved issues
• Document issues, solutions, and procedures
• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve complex problems
