About the role
Collins Aerospace develops aerospace and defense products, including evacuation systems. The Production Supervisor will manage shift production teams, schedules, quality, materials and productivity across multiple manufacturing cells.
What you'll do
- Manage production employees to meet customer demand and shift targets
- Set shift goals and schedule labor workflows across production lines
- Ensure teams follow company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Complete quality activities and drive first-pass yield targets
- Resolve material and logistics issues across multiple manufacturing cells
- Analyze production efficiency and implement improvements
