Senior QA Engineer

• Define quality standards, release gates, and readiness frameworks across squads
• Architect test strategies spanning UI, APIs, databases, integrations, security, and performance
• Build automation frameworks and reduce manual regression and flaky tests
• Integrate AI into test generation, defect classification, root-cause analysis, and release monitoring
• Establish performance benchmarks and observability standards across services and data flows
• Own QA delivery, risks, and quality metrics across global teams
