About the role
Vectra provides an AI-driven threat detection and response platform for hybrid and multi-cloud enterprises. You will build and optimize Linux network data-plane systems that process packets, parse protocols, extract metadata, and reliably deliver it at scale.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain packet-processing and protocol-parsing capabilities
- Improve Linux data-path architecture, traffic steering, and metadata delivery
- Build end-to-end test harnesses for data-plane behavior
- Diagnose correctness, performance, memory, concurrency, and reliability issues
- Contribute to technical direction and engineering standards
