About the role
Vectra provides an AI-driven threat detection and response platform for hybrid and multi-cloud enterprises. You will build and improve Linux network data-plane systems that process packets, parse protocols, extract metadata, and reliably deliver it across the platform.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain packet-processing, protocol-parsing, and metadata-delivery capabilities
- Improve Linux data-path architecture, traffic steering, and parser execution
- Build end-to-end test harnesses and validate data-plane behavior
- Diagnose correctness, performance, memory, concurrency, and reliability issues
- Lead data-plane designs and mentor engineers
